Hotel accessibility

  • Our approach is to offer a welcoming and inclusive environment to all guests, whatever their needs.

    We have worked with external consultants to ensure that we comply with DDA legislation and offer:

    • Adapted guestrooms - read more
    • Induction loops
    • Designated car parking
    • Large print menus
    • Access to all areas of the hotel through ramps and lifts*
    • Assistance dogs are welcome

    All new employees are taken through an induction programme which helps them to understand the role they have in making all our guests welcome.

    *If you would like to confirm access to the Spa and Treatments areas please do call and speak to the Spa Manager directly and they will be able to talk to you about your areas of interest.
